Job Description
We're looking for an A-player to take ownership of our Paid Social accounts and execute client growth.
As a Paid Social Director, you will be responsible for managing a variety of Paid Social accounts with full ownership, communicating with clients via Slack and Google Meets, and supporting a team of Paid Social Executives, a Creative Strategist, and a Graphic Designer.
Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of a portfolio of Paid Social accounts.
- Develop and retain a leading portfolio of exciting DTC brands.
- Execute research during client onboarding & account development.
- Lead regular client communication across Slack and Google Meets, providing concise and value-driven insights to enhance their experience and understanding.
- Provide ongoing E-commerce expertise and value to all clients by going above and beyond across CRO, Creative Strategy, and Post-click feedback.
- Always focus on client profitability.
Requirements
- At least 1+ years of experience in Paid Social channels.
- Strong analytical skills & data management capabilities.
- Understanding of creatives and ability to improve creative performance.
- Excellent written and spoken communication with the ability to problem-solve.
