Senior Qualitative Research Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Qualitative Research Director to join our team at ENI – Elizabeth Norman International. As a key member of our senior team, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver market-leading qualitative research and strategy services to our clients.

About the Role:

This is a full-service role where you will be responsible for designing and delivering qualitative research projects, leading client conversations, and managing teams. You will also contribute to the development of our company's offering and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver qualitative research projects, including focus groups, interviews, and online surveys
  • Lead client conversations and presentations, ensuring effective communication of research findings
  • Manage and lead teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Contribute to the development of our company's offering and direction, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in qualitative research, preferably in an agency setting
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality qualitative research projects
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate research findings to clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
