**Location**: Central London (Zone 1) | Flexible Hybrid Working, office based min 2-3 times per week

We are on the lookout for an experienced, ambitious, and dynamic Senior Qualitative Associate Director/ Research Director to join a dynamic, cutting edge and unique in their approach research agency. The company has seen substantial growth over the past years and they are now looking for a Senior Qualitative Researcher to lead strategic research projects and help them build and grow its dynamic team of researchers. This role will be reporting directly to the MD.

Our client is looking for someone that can take the lead, with a solid Qual research foundation and strong analytical skills. Someone that has the confidence to lead a team and shares the vision to be part of this company’s growth journey with a view to become the Head of the Research team.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of proven successful agency-side qual experience
- Solid understanding of the research process, with strong analysis and proposal writing
- Proven record of running projects independently
- Strong desire to build, lead and grow a team of Qual researchers
