Senior Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-profile fit out project valued at circa £15M.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial projects, with experience in facade packages, steel structures, and metal staircases. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to maintain a high standard of health and safety on site.

The project will involve managing a team of professionals to deliver the project on time and within budget. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Project Director and will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion
  • Oversee the installation of facade packages, steel structures, and metal staircases
  • Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Maintain a high standard of health and safety on site
  • Collaborate with the project team to deliver the project to the highest standard

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing commercial projects
  • Strong background in facade packages, steel structures, and metal staircases
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of health and safety on site
  • SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certifications
