We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our stakeholder engagement team, working on built environment and placemaking projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering stakeholder engagement and communications strategies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans, including mapping and project management of stakeholder events
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including newsletters, flyers, and post-event collateral
- Manage the development of press materials, including key messages, press packs, press releases, and fact sheets
- Support the Account Director in delivering strategic client plans
- Lead on day-to-day client communications, including liaison and meetings
- Deliver quality media coverage and contribute to new business development
- Manage the team and ensure the delivery of high-quality work
- At least 18 months of experience as a Senior Account Executive at an agency
- Demonstrable experience in delivering corporate PR strategies and stakeholder engagement programs
- Sector experience in built environment, retail, property, destinations, infrastructure, or construction
- Strong media relations experience and a good understanding of what makes a feature story
We offer a competitive salary of circa £32,000 - £39,000, depending on experience, eligibility for private healthcare, eligibility to join our company bonus scheme, personal bonus scheme, and hybrid working.
