Asset Maintenance Specialist

This is a hybrid position that requires 2-3 days of on-site work in our Luton office. As an Asset Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance of our aircraft is performed within prescribed time limits.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular reviews of each aircraft due list and plan accordingly
- Plan inputs, both long-term and short-term, including AOG situations
- Review the flying program for maintenance opportunities and changes in the schedule
- Liaise with Part 145 organizations to secure maintenance inputs
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders/Workscopes to maintenance providers
- Review returned Purchase Orders for signatures
- Apply tolerances on due tasks with consent from the customer in CAMP
- Manage work updates/check progress updates via email and phone calls
- Audit completed workpacks for complete traceability and correct return to service
- Uphold a strong customer relationship
- Compile and revise Maintenance Statements
- Provide Aircraft Utilization to organizations when necessary
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field/significant relevant experience
- Strong experience with Maintenance Planning, specific planning for Business Jets would be an asset
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of Maintenance programming, OEM documents, such as AD SB
- Experience in a Regulated Airline, Operator, CAMO, or MRO
- Hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology and automation
