Our Charities TeamOur vibrant and growing Charities Team advises a diverse range of clients on charity law, governance, mergers, fundraising, structuring, and more. We are actively engaged in the charity sector, publishing thought leadership pieces and attending events to stay up-to-date with current issues.
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Charity Law Specialist to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will advise clients on complex charity law matters, lead on business development activities, and contribute to the growth and development of our Charities practice.
Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on charity law, governance, mergers, fundraising, and structuring
- Lead on business development activities, including attending networking events and writing sector-relevant articles
- Contribute to the growth and development of our Charities practice
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE
- Strong academic background and good level of experience as a charity law specialist
- Keen interest in business development and growth opportunities
