In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, ensuring a friendly and secure atmosphere as they embark on their journeys. Your primary focus will be to meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining a safe and efficient operational environment.

• Perform basic maintenance and cleanliness tasks as necessary.
• Accurately manage all financial transactions related to ticket sales.
• Provide clear information and assistance to customers.
• Prioritize the safety of customers, staff, and visitors at all times.
• Uphold a clean and pleasant station environment.
Qualifications
• Proven ability to provide outstanding front-line customer service.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Confident in making decisions under pressure.
• Composed and directive in emergency situations.
• Capable of adhering to strict operational procedures.
Essential Skills

Work Environment
This position is part-time, requiring 24 hours of work per week on designated days. Shifts typically start early in the morning and conclude in the early afternoon.
Additional Information
Shortlisted candidates will undergo an assessment and a competency-based interview. Compliance with medical standards, including drug and alcohol screening, is mandatory. A Basic DBS check will also be required.
