In this field-oriented position, operating within a 10-mile radius of Kent, you will assist in the installation of Air Source Heating systems in residential properties, under the guidance of a Heating Installation Specialist.

We seek an individual who is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations, as you will play a vital role in their experience with us. Our ideal candidate is assertive and reliable when necessary, ensuring that installations are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting Heating Installation Specialists by managing pipework, mounting radiators, and demonstrating technical proficiency in the installation of our products, particularly air source heat pumps initially.
  • Working alongside electrical engineers to guarantee that customers' heating systems are installed safely, punctually, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Upholding high safety, health, and environmental standards to ensure the safety of yourself, our customers, and colleagues.
  • Continuously enhancing your technical skills and maintaining your industry knowledge to prioritize health, safety, and compliance.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by prioritizing the needs of our clients.

You will be a proactive problem solver with a positive mindset and a clear commitment to doing what is best for both the customer and the organization, while remaining adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required when visiting sites further away or during installation coverage periods.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A valid UK driving license with access to a vehicle for work-related purposes.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Domestic Plumbing and Heating or a comparable qualification.
  • Located within a 10-mile radius of Kent.
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior installation experience, including mounting and connecting radiators.
  • Familiarity with air source heat pumps.
  • Experience in the energy or utilities sector is beneficial.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating.
  • Unvented Hot Water Storage Certificate (G3 requirement).
