About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Staff Nurse to join our District Nursing Team in Trafford. As a Community Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes and in various community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide complex nursing care to adults in their own homes and in community settings
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure effective coordination of patient care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans
  • Contribute to the development of the team and the organization
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
  • Car driver
  • Recent community experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
