Job Summary
SF Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Generalist Advisor to join our client's HR & Payroll team. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support, coaching, and guidance to managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Coaching and mentoring managers to develop their HR skills and knowledge
- Supporting managers through investigations, absence reviews, performance-related issues, disciplinary and grievance cases
- Providing advice to employees and managers on employment law and regulations
- Managing absence cases and providing support to employees
- Supporting with change management processes and implementing new policies
- Providing KPI data and metrics to support HR activity
- Compliance administration and ensuring adherence to employment law
- Reviewing and improving internal reward and benefits offered to employees
- Leading and delivering extensive project work
- Providing generalist HR support, coaching, and guidance to managers and employees
- Coaching managers on HR procedures and best practices
- Monitoring absence cases and providing support to employees
- Interpreting and advising on employment legislation and regulations
- Delivering the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and induction, appraisals, and offboarding
- Creating and issuing offer letters, contracts of employment, and amendments
- Identifying training needs and developing training programs
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist Advisor who has a strong generalist HR skillset and previous experience working at Advisor level. You will be CIPD level 3 or 5 qualified and have experience of a varied day-to-day workload. You will be a driven and open-minded HR professional who is ready to hit the ground running from day 1.
