We are seeking a skilled Account Executive with a strong background in customer service to become part of a reputable organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responding to incoming inquiries from business clients via calls and emails.
2. Collecting essential information to source relevant and competitive quotes in the market.
3. Overseeing service delivery from initiation to completion.
4. Providing quotes to clients through various communication channels and addressing any questions they may have.
5. Coordinating with internal teams, including logistics and distribution.
6. Managing current client accounts, resolving queries, and updating records.
7. Handling client modifications and processing new policies along with credit agreements.
