We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Andras Hotels. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
- Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that high standards of quality and service are maintained.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the hotel's management team to ensure that culinary operations align with the hotel's overall strategy and goals.
- Ensure that all kitchen staff receive adequate training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume hotel or restaurant environment.
- Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate and NVQ Level 3 or above in Food Preparation and Cooking.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of quality and service in a fast-paced environment.
