Position Overview: We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Solutions Architect to enhance our Salesforce Practice within a dynamic consulting environment. This role is pivotal as we expand our project portfolio and require a skilled professional to contribute to various Salesforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with senior client stakeholders to facilitate requirements gathering and lead workshops.
  • Take charge of process mapping and translate business challenges into effective solutions.
  • Utilize out-of-the-box configuration capabilities while overseeing the design and development of tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Senior Salesforce Consultant with a comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce implementation lifecycle.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with various Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Communities.
  • Hands-on skills in Salesforce configuration, advanced administration, and building flows, permissions, and profiles.
  • Familiarity with query languages such as SQL and SOQL is advantageous.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and third-party integration tools is beneficial.
