Registered Manager Opportunity

We are partnering with an established case management provider to recruit a Registered Manager to support their Case Managers across the North West.

The organisation provides case management support for adults and children with complex rehabilitation needs due to catastrophic brain and spinal injuries. They work with solicitors who specialise in clinical negligence and the medico-legal sectors, supporting clients through the litigation process.

The Registered Manager will ensure Case Managers follow CQC guidelines, reports are up-to-date, and the service remains compliant. This role requires a candidate with previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager, who is well-organised, quality-focused, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Case Managers in delivering complex care packages
  • Ensure compliance with CQC guidelines and regulations
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of the service
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Social Care
  • Full driving license
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

This is a hybrid role with remote working and occasional travel to the head office and client visits. The successful candidate will have access to an Employee Assistance Programme and will be required to hold CQC and CIW registration.
