Your Next Role – Responsibilities:

This rapidly expanding contractor is on the lookout for a local Junior Cost Estimator to join their team at the Amersham office.

As a Junior Cost Estimator, you will take on a vital project-facing role, working closely with project teams on construction tasks across the southeast.

Your main objective will be to improve profitability across a range of projects, including residential, commercial, and public sector constructions valued between £1m to £5m.

In the capacity of Junior Cost Estimator, you'll engage in ongoing projects, learning and collaborating closely with project teams under the mentorship of the Commercial Director.

Your responsibilities will span from the office to hands-on involvement at various project sites.

Over time, you'll have the chance to assume greater responsibilities, enhancing your skill set through direct exposure to live projects.
