In the role of Junior Cost Estimator, you will collaborate closely with your supervisor on financial management, reporting, and performance evaluation. Your duties will encompass:

  • Establishing a secure working environment
  • Utilizing Oracle software for financial and value analysis
  • Assessing expenditure reports
  • Acquiring subcontract partners
  • Generating subcontract documentation
  • Enhancing value and profitability
  • Managing subcontract work packages
  • Overseeing changes in accordance with contract stipulations
  • Supporting payment requests
  • Maintaining site documentation
  • Calculating 'cost to complete'

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in establishing safe work environments
  • Proficiency in Oracle software
  • Capability to assess expenditure reports
  • Experience in subcontract acquisition
  • Understanding of value enhancement and profitability
  • Experience in subcontract management
