Job Title: Collection and Delivery Driver

DPD Group UK is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parcels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload parcels from vehicles
  • Deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license and regular driving experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, load, and carry parcels
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends
