Job Title: Collections and Delivery Driver

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Collections and Delivery Driver to join our team at DPDgroup. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parcels to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading parcels from our 3.5 tonne vans
  • Delivering parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • Held a full UK driving licence and had regular driving experience for 12 months or more
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, load and carry parcels
