Estimator Role

Job Type: Full time, permanent

We are working with an established main contractor to find an Estimator to join their team.

The projects consist of new build and refurbishment in various sectors, including leisure, education, retail, and residential.
Provide all necessary information for the written bid submission.
Liaise with subcontractors/suppliers to obtain competitive quotations for specialist elements of the works.

Visit prospective projects to verify information and obtain any further information required to produce the tender.

Attend pre-contract handover meetings, bid meetings, and client meetings as requested throughout the tender process.

You will have a proven track record of producing commercial pricing for various projects in different sectors as the Main Contractor.

Knowledge of system estimating software is required.
Highlighting tender risk & opportunities - Practical, Commercial & Contractual.
Key Responsibilities:
