Job Title: Children's Mental Health Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Children's Mental Health Manager at Rosebank House, a specialist mental health service operated by Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and services to our patients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and services to children and young people with mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, service delivery, and staff engagement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC standards and NHS policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, with a focus on mental health services.
  • Strong clinical background in mental health, with a deep understanding of child and adolescent mental health needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
