We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Case Manager to join our team at D&R Recruitment Limited. As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of bridge cases after a loan offer has been issued and providing administrative support to the underwriters across their lending division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to progress cases to completion.
  • Monitor and manage upcoming document expirations and offers.
  • Update management information systems.
  • Ensure loan conditions are satisfied before cases are completed.
  • Work closely with the underwriting team to manage the post-offer caseload.
  • Process incoming completion documentation.
  • Provide completion forecasts to the line manager.
  • Gain a full understanding of the underwriting process.
  • Create digital application files and store documentation correctly.
  • Carry out QA checks for other underwriters.
  • Be a point of contact for incoming calls.
  • Return original documents to clients.
Requirements
  • Experience within the property finance sector is essential.
  • A good understanding of the underwriting process is desirable but not essential.
  • Industry-relevant qualifications are beneficial but not a requirement.
  • Experience within an administrative role.
  • GCSE English & Maths.
