Culinary Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Chef to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As an Assistant Chef, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality meals for our residents, promoting food safety and hygiene standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

• Assist the Chef Manager in preparing and cooking meals for residents
• Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards, including risk assessments and cleaning schedules
• Interact with residents, visitors, and colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective meal service

• A competitive hourly rate of £12.97, plus pay rate enhancements for certain shifts
• 35 hours of work available per week
