About The Role

We're seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join our Butlin's team in Minehead. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll have the opportunity to lead and develop the skills of our team in one of our fantastic food venues.

A Butlin's resort is the epitome of getting stuck in, and no trip to the seaside would be complete without great food and exceptional service. We offer this to every guest, every time, in our restaurant.

About You

We're looking for individuals with experience in a similar level role. If you're looking to step up to your next role in the kitchen, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll need to be hard working and determined, a reliable person who likes to get things done and who will look for better ways for the team to consistently deliver our brand standards.

We're seeking candidates who are energetic and enthusiastic, high spirited and fun loving, and who will understand their role and the value they can add to the guest experience by unleashing the potential of the team.

You should have also passed your Level 3 Food Safety qualification and be confident in leading a team to continually deliver high standards in a fast-paced and busy kitchen environment.
