Tax Partner Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Tax Partner to join our leadership team in Chester. As a key member of our tax department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our tax strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client portfolio.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of tax strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored tax solutions.
  • Oversee and support projects and initiatives, ensuring the high-quality provision of tax services.
  • Department management and staff development, ensuring employee performance and delivery.
Requirements:
  • ACCA/ACA/CTA or ATT qualified.
  • Demonstrable history of career progression in mixed tax in practice.
  • A proven record of accomplishment in developing new and profitable revenue streams.
  • Technically proficient in all areas of tax accounting.
  • An entrepreneurial, can-do attitude to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • An experienced leader who leads by example and inspires others.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
