Laundry and Wardrobe Operations Manager

The Peninsula London is seeking a highly skilled Laundry and Wardrobe Manager to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for the management of our hotel's linen, guest laundry, and staff uniforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the quality and upkeep of all hotel linen, including F&B linen and uniforms.
- Ensure cleanliness and manage soiled, stained, or damaged linen.
- Manage guest requests for laundry to the highest quality and service standards.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of all laundry and valet-related areas.
- Implement and maintain laundry policies and procedures.
- Manage the relationship with the outsourced laundry company.
- Create a laundry program to generate revenue and minimize costs.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Laundry Manager in luxury hotels.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to create revenue streams and cost control.
- People leader and trainer with prior experience managing diverse teams.
- Self-starter with exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
