We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in the West Midlands region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR generalist, with a proven track record in managing employee relations and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for working in partnership with senior management to develop and deliver a strategic and operational HR plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
- Provide high-level advice and guidance to senior managers on HR-related matters
- Support the ER team with complex and/or high-risk cases, including investigations and employment tribunal claims
- Identify HR service improvement opportunities and collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to implement changes
Requirements:
- Experience of providing advice and guidance to managers
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and talent management
- Project management skills with experience of developing and managing complex change programmes
