About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QC team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of analysts and scientists in the QC department, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of testing schedules and data production.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all QC activities, providing technical expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement SOPs, processes, protocols, and methods to ensure compliance with cGMP work practices and regulatory requirements.
- Review and analyze QC reports, investigations, deviations, CAPA, and change controls to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with the QC Manager to identify areas for continuous improvement and develop strategies to enhance team performance.
- Provide technical support to the department as needed, including troubleshooting and hands-on assistance.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Chemistry or a similar scientific discipline, or significant equivalent experience.
- Experience in a QC laboratory working to GMP within a recognized quality system.
- Analytical chemistry experience, with extensive knowledge of HPLC methods and ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support.
- Proven track record of managing a diverse team of people and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulatory bodies.
