Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's Operations and Maintenance team on a 6-month interim basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for steering projects to successful outcomes against agreed deliverables and goals, supporting the company's growth programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Project Management tools and methodologies
- Ability to negotiate compromise between stakeholders with competing needs and priorities
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties for successful execution of projects
- Process improvement project delivery
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Facilitating the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Developing project plans to monitor and track progress
- Steering projects to a successful outcome by managing Tasks, Risks, Issues and Dependencies
- Managing changes to project scope / schedule / cost, ensuring appropriate buy in and agreement is secured before reflecting the change in the project
- Reporting to stakeholders and escalate issues as appropriate
