Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Property Projects Team within the Estates Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional construction project management services to support the delivery of our capital programme.
Key Responsibilities- Project management of a portfolio of construction projects, including contract administration and performance management.
- Procurement of professional consultants and contractors.
- Project and financial monitoring support for construction works undertaken through grants.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in construction project management, with experience in contract administration, procurement, and project monitoring. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
