Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support tailored to the individual's needs and preferences.
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in community activities.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication administration.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive living environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
Essential Skills and Qualities:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting individual rights.

Experience in social care is desirable but not essential. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.

This role may involve sleep-ins, weekend work, and shift patterns to meet the needs of the individuals we support.
