Position Overview: Loss Prevention Advisor

We are seeking dedicated Loss Prevention Advisors to join our team in a full-time capacity, working Monday through Friday.

As a leading off-price retailer of clothing and home goods, our mission is to prioritize customer satisfaction. With a global presence, we strive to create memorable shopping experiences for all our patrons.

In the Loss Prevention department, your role will be pivotal in safeguarding our customers, team members, and company assets. Collaborating closely with the store team, you will engage in investigations, data analysis, and provide constructive feedback to enhance our protective measures. Your efforts will focus on effective conflict resolution and maintaining a high level of loss awareness through exemplary coaching and support.

This position offers a blend of customer interaction and behind-the-scenes responsibilities, ensuring that you can perform your duties effectively.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in educating store associates about Loss Prevention strategies and best practices.

Handling external theft incidents with professionalism and safety is a key aspect of this role. Therefore, we seek individuals who are self-motivated, engaging, resilient, and committed to making a positive impact.

While experience in Shrink and Crime Resolution within a fast-paced retail security context is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. We are committed to providing comprehensive training to equip you for success in this role.
