The Role
We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join our team in London. This is a key role for us as we continue to scale our business both in the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of BIM processes on projects, ensuring consistency and adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to define BIM project requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct regular model audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with standards.
- Facilitate coordination meetings to resolve clashes and ensure seamless collaboration among disciplines.
- Provide technical support to project teams and troubleshoot BIM-related issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends, advancements, and best practices in BIM.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our organization's BIM standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a BIM management role, preferably in architectural projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in Autodesk REVIT and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of clash detection methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in developing and managing BIM libraries and families.
- Track record of successfully leading and developing BIM teams.
