Our Expertise

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Building Information Modeller, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of new drawing layouts, conceptual design, and detailed design drawings. This will include Gas, plans, cross sections, details, 3D models etc.
  • Work independently without needing significant help from others.
  • Assume ownership of work and be responsible for project deliverables
  • Participate in team effort to effectively deliver project.
  • Management of all work in compliance with Ayesa's Integrated Management System (IMS).

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant industry experience and competency in the use of REVIT for buildings design engineering projects, with significant pipework detailing experience
  • Relevant Water and Infrastructure industry experience and competency in the use of 2D /3D AutoCAD
  • Experience with an R.C. detailing package (Multi-RC, CADS RC or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Experience of Irish water assets and standard details or equivalent is desirable
