We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the South Central region.
Key Responsibilities- Target and sell our range of underfloor heating systems, pumps, valves, temperature control, and push-fit piping products to plumbing contractors across Hampshire, Dorset, and Wiltshire.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our merchant and wholesale channel partners to ensure they are well-supported and serviced.
- 40% of your time will be dedicated to account management, focusing on building strong relationships with our merchant partners, while 60% will be spent generating demand with end-user contractors.
- Host trade mornings in branches, conduct 'skip chasing' projects on the ground, and provide training to branch staff on our product lines.

Requirements- A hunger, drive, and desire to win new business with contractors and installers.

- A basic salary of £35k-£45k DOE.
