We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager to join our leadership team at All Saints Church, Ecclesall. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational elements of our church, ensuring that our administrative, communications, estates, and governance functions are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- General Operations Management
- Manage the Church Office to ensure a productive and efficient working environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date church databases and files, ensuring compliance with Data Protection legislation.
- Work closely with the Ministry Team to manage the church programme and calendar.
- Oversee the preparation of resources for weekly services, major church festivals, and other events.
- Provide informed support to volunteers in administration and operations.
- Communications
- Support the Vicar in ensuring timely and effective internal and external communications.
- Manage the church website and social media profiles.
- Respond to enquiries and requests from the Diocese, local community, and external organizations.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have experience in administration, operations management, or a related field, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
