About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible experience in our care homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful environment, promoting dignity and well-being for all residents

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine passion for caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude. You will be required to work as part of a team, providing support and care to residents with varying needs and abilities.
