Role Summary:
The Nighttime Public Space Attendant will be essential in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation of all public areas and meeting spaces within the hotel. This position reports directly to the Senior Housekeeper and is crucial in delivering outstanding guest experiences through meticulous housekeeping standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all public spaces are thoroughly cleaned and presented to the highest standards throughout the night.
2. Complete all scheduled deep cleaning tasks promptly while adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
3. Properly utilize and store all cleaning supplies in accordance with hotel policies.
4. Maintain effective communication with the management team to ensure all cleaning tasks are documented and monitored in line with hotel standards.
5. Respond promptly and efficiently to requests from supervisors or management.
