An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Coordinator to join our team at Aspire Jobs Limited. This role will involve providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth running of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the operations team
  • Coordinating logistics and transportation
  • Managing office supplies and equipment
  • Assisting with data entry and record-keeping
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:

  • 23 days annual leave (increasing to 25 days after 2 years' service)
  • Bank holidays
  • Free parking

Working Hours

The working hours for this role are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, based in our office.
