About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Designer to join our Brand & Creative Team, Marketing Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating best practice examples of our brand guidelines in all designs, from print to digital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to follow the content production process
  • Manage multiple briefs and have full ownership of delivering them on time and to a technically accurate standard
  • Evaluate and evolve designs using feedback from the Creative Lead, Head of Marketing, and briefing teams
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our audience segments and commercial objectives to inform design choices
  • Execute campaigns across all customer touchpoints, spanning print, email, and web
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with executing campaigns across print, email, and web
  • Ability to think conceptually and present rationale for design choices
  • Great sense of design and composition with a strong eye for layout and appreciation of brand guidelines
  • Attention to detail and exacting standards for accuracy and consistency
  • Self-motivation, organisation, and accountability, with proactive communication skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and experience of photo editing
  • Strong ability to write and edit clean, maintainable, and performant HTML and CSS
  • Understanding of UX and experience in optimising designs for performance in terms of speed
