- Be a clear and accurate coordinator, with good customer-facing skills, to ensure seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Control stock levels and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Look after company property, including vans and tools, to maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
- Survey jobs and produce quotations to ensure accurate pricing and customer expectations.
- Full driving license and ability to travel nationwide.
- NVQ level 2/3 Plumbing and G3 Unvented certification.
- Minimum of 7/10 years of plumbing experience, with a strong background in reactive plumbing services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a can-do attitude and high standards of workmanship.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work to tight deadlines.
- Enhanced DBS check and ability to pass a security clearance.
