Job Summary

As a Programme Management Placement at GE Aviation, you will join our Customer Programmes team, supporting civil and military customers of our propeller systems for airborne and amphibious applications. This 12-month placement offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the complete programme and product lifecycle, from NPI to repair and overhaul services.

As a Programme Management Placement, you will contribute to the production of advanced jet engines, components, and integrated systems that power commercial and military aircraft.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Programme Management Placement, you will work closely with Senior Product Managers and Programme Managers to lead a variety of projects, focusing on improving processes, implementing Lean principles, and developing creative solutions to solve problems. You will engage with customers, collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sourcing, Engineering, and Quality, and be guided by structured goals and objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Currently studying or recently achieved a Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Data Analysis, or Engineering-related bachelor's or master's degree
  • On course or achieved a 2:1 degree
