About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Operations Manager to join our team at Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the spa, including driving retail revenue, ensuring health and safety standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa
  • Manage a team of therapists and spa staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase retail sales and revenue
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with the spa team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification
  • Previous experience as a Senior Therapist, Spa Supervisor, or Assistant Manager of a spa
  • Knowledge and experience of Elemis and Jessica Nails products would be an advantage
  • Proven people management skills and experience
