We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to join our team at Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth through effective team leadership and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver a high standard of guest experience.
  • Work closely with your team to drive revenue growth through effective upselling and promotion of our services.
  • Ensure all team members have received the necessary training to provide excellent service and promote our products.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the restaurant and bar areas.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food and beverage department.
  • Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high-quality, service-oriented operation.
  • Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
  • Excellent team motivator and team builder.

Our hotel is set in acres of woodland with a 36-hole golf complex, which has hosted numerous PGA tournaments. We offer a range of dining options, including the Modern restaurant, The Claret Jug, and the Stylish bar, as well as afternoon tea, private dining, and meetings and event spaces. Our leisure facilities include a gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
