About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Careers Adviser - Work Experience Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in careers guidance and work experience coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake professional training to become a qualified Careers Adviser, delivering impartial guidance in a range of education settings.
  • Coordinate work experience programs with schools and colleges, ensuring a safe and suitable experience for students.
  • Engage with employers to provide work experience placements for students, promoting a strong partnership between education and industry.
  • Liaise closely with Health and Safety Assessors to ensure all placements meet the necessary standards.
Requirements
  • A good general education, including GCSEs at C/Grade 4 or above in Mathematics and English.
  • A Level 3 or above qualification, or Level 4 desirable.
  • At least 2 years' experience in administration and customer service, or working in the education sector.
  • Some experience of working with young people, desirable.
  • A full clean driving license.
