  • Provide administrative support to our mortgage advisors in the processing of mortgage applications.
  • Key accurate data to lenders and supply relevant information to support lending decisions.
  • Assess the validity of documents and organize them to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage a pipeline of cases in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and workflows accordingly.
  • Book appointments and manage the diaries of our colleagues as needed.
  • Complete MI tracking and business case level monitoring.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage administration, ideally with knowledge of Buy-to-Let (BTL) and/or bridging loans.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent proof-reading skills.
  • A flexible approach to work and the ability to work well as part of a dynamic team.
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Possess a strong eye for detail with commercial awareness of business requirements.
  • A positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progress.
