About the Role
We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at Churchill Living, a leading provider of housing for the over 60s. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in introducing customers to the world of independent living and ensuring they have a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
Key Responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Working closely with onsite teams, including Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction, to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Liaising with offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors, and other stakeholders to progress sales through to completion.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual with previous new homes sales experience, preferably in the retirement market. You will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
