Kitchen Sales Professional

As a Kitchen Sales Designer at Howdens, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Trade customers in turning their clients' dream kitchens into a reality. Your key responsibility will be to meet end-users in their homes, listen to their vision, and offer expert advice to create inspirational kitchens that exceed their expectations. You will need to negotiate with Trade customers while promoting and protecting the integrity and value of the design and quality of our products.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Eye for design and creativity
- Previous sales experience and sales skills
- Prioritisation and organisation skills
- Curious learner with a passion for design and sales
- Results-driven with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Previous design (CAD) experience is preferred but not essential
We offer face-to-face and online training via our Howdens Academy, which will cover everything from kitchen measuring and compliance, inspirational design, technical product knowledge, and sales skills. We're looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences that lead to sales.
