Overview: We are seeking a skilled Oracle Project Management Officer to join our dynamic team within a public sector organization.

Role Purpose: This position will be integral to the Oracle Cloud Implementation team, focusing on enhancing the organization's Oracle Cloud Fusion system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and administration of governance meetings
  • Development and continuous updating of program plans and schedules
  • Maintenance of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Oversight of program cost management
  • Providing comprehensive reporting and administrative support to various program workstreams
  • Ensuring adherence to PMO processes to facilitate effective planning, control, and reporting cycles
  • Supporting program reporting through effective information gathering, collation, and presentation
  • Updating and maintaining registers for managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
  • Developing and maintaining a project library, including filing, recording, and reporting systems using MS Teams/SharePoint
  • Advising and assisting project team members in applying project procedures and standards for recording and reporting

Contract Details: This is a temporary contract with an initial duration of 3 months, offering a competitive day rate.
