About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Night Team Member to join our team at YHA Bath. As a key member of our night shift team, you will play a vital role in ensuring every guest's experience is truly memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security and Guest Safety: Ensure the security of the hostel, making every guest feel safe and welcome.
  • Front Desk Support: Work on reception, providing support to guests and preparing necessary reports.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Regular inspections to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Carry out cleaning duties, help prepare the breakfast service, and cover various tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.
